Contest Brief

This project needs to create an output file (CSV) based on an input file (xlsx). The output file will go through formatting and calculation modifications as indicated by the input file.

There will be keywords or code words in the input excel file which will give specific instructions to help determine what the output file should display.

Some of the functionalities/modifications include:
· Turning percentages into counts depending on Sample size. (i.E 60% of 200 needs to be turned into 30 in the
outfile)
· If the indicator: (q) is spotted in the subheader of infile, add q to the beginning of the words specific cells.
· Cross-tabulated charts: A 3x3 cross-tabulated chart will need to be broken down into individual rows
satisfying the x and y column conditions.
