Contest Brief

This is a one page sponsorship advertisement. Size is 5 inches by 8 inches. The ad will tie in my business (real estate) with sponsoring a dance team. This is a black and white ad.
I would like a 5"x8" ad with text but one logo which I will provide. The ad should read: Bust A Move & OWN IT!
There should be a picture of a house (ideally in a woods setting like Alaska where we are located- possibly a modern A-Frame cabin) with trees and or mountains.

There should also be a small spot for a photo on myself and my contact info:
