Contest Brief

My organisation is a not-for-profit and we run an annual conference.
I need a four page, A4 sponsorship prospectus for the conference.
This would be designed based upon an existing visual identity, see the attached banner.
The prices of the sponsorships haven't been decided yet, so I would require an InDesign file that I can make text changes to.
The basic format of the prospectus would follow the 2018 prospectus - attached, as would the sponsorship categories (prices subject to change).
The conference is at the Melbourne Conference and Exhibition Centre, so it would be desirable to have at least one image of the venue included - this can be sourced online.
The 2019 prospectus would also include the new, additional sponsorship options

Main Conference
Gold Scholarships Sponsor (sponsor 10 Complete Conference Experience delegate tickets) – 1 available
Silver Scholarships Sponsor (sponsor 5 Complete Conference Experience delegate tickets) – 2 available
Bronze Scholarships Sponsor (sponsor 1 Complete Conference Experience delegate ticket) – unlimited

Awards dinner
Gold Scholarships Sponsor (Sponsor 8 awards dinner attendees) – 1 available
Silver Scholarships Sponsor (Sponsor 4 awards dinner attendees) – 2 available

Hi, would you be okay with an 8 page brochure? I feel the information in your sample from last year has too much information to fit into a 4-page A4 brochure. No extra charges, I can deliver this in a few hours.
