Contest Brief

Our Christian Summer camp is needing a great, simple, yet symbolic logo for our 2018 summer camp theme. Our theme is "The Great Cover Up." The logo would be used on T-Shirt, web, facebook, and advertising.
For the shirt ideally 1 or 2 colors at max, but others could have more variety and texture that a screen printed t-shirt could not.

The idea would be a red handprint with a cross in the middle. The cross needs to be subtle, so you do not see it upon first looking at the image.

I would like text with the logo, but obviously in a way that enhances the whole image, but even if the text is removed the image still tells the story of our theme.
