  One more update.... The Shirt Color I want to use for this project a gray T-Shirt like the one in the example. I noticed that some of the design are assuming that I am going to use a white shirt and that the white stripes are just going to come up from the shirt - That is not the case. I want to fist try it on a Gray T-Shirt but than I want to test it on other colors so the white color needs to be on the design. Thank you all.

  ATTENTION ALL DESIGNERS: I decided to upgrade the prize and extend the contest. The main reason is because I am NOT seeing the quality of work that I was looking so please every one, make changes to your design, make it better, I need to see a higher quality of work. More professional designs. So Re-do your designs. Next time I do feedback (which will be in about 12 hours from this message) I will delete the one that I do not like or that ones I do not care for. So please, let's start right. I want to create a relationship with a group of GREAT DESIGNERS. My partners and I have just decided we are going to do at least 2 great designs a every single month. One for females and one for males, and that is besides other contests of other projects that will come up. So more opportunites to make more money for you.   Also, I believe I still don't have a final winner. Everyone needs to put a more finesse touch on the design. I see too much dripping, the dripping does not look natural (When something drips, some don't even drip. But those that drip, some reach the bottom some half way, some just drip a little, etc. Do not make the lines like they were make with a ruler. It needs to see like they were done by hand... Some waving is good to give it life. Also the paint needs to look like painted with Brush on the Stripes

  To Everyone: So the format I need is for Print on Demand so something I can use in a platform like Teespring or one of those. For the winner design I will need a few copies: 1 - One of the design with transparent background so I can upload it to different colors. 2 - a mock-up of the design on a shirt that looks like is laying flat on a surface. 3 - a mock-up on a young female that looks American with a nice background so it looks like we hire a model and we tool pictures around the city or so. (Because I am targeting American Young Females).

  Ok guys, thank you for the new entries. Some nice concepts came up. So my last feedback would be less dropping on some of you that have way too much drops (See, when you paint, not everything will drop, only some will have way too much paint that will cause it to drip) Also, Some have way too many hearts - I know you might not know but the start (in this case the hearts) represent the 50 states of the United States. Some have way too many hearts. Those that have less thene 50 is ok, It's just Art not a real flag. But too many look bad. And give it a classy touch. This design is for young professional girls from 18 to late 20's.

  I'll give one feeback for everyone right now cause I have to go.... But I want the flag stripes look like they were painted with a Thick Brush, not the artist brush but the house painting Brush and the hearts like if they were painted by hand (yes, the heart can look like painted by artist little brushes) And the color of the hearts dripping down, rolling down the flag. Not all of the hearts need to bleed, make it look natural, artistic, with taste. And yeah, this is for young females. Thanks.
