Contest Brief

I am looking for a new website design for my website Trusted Homes (www.trustedhomes.com). We use Appfolio as our property management system, so really looking for a cool homepage redesign! Something that would really make our website more modern. I like having movement in the site (either in the background of the image at the top) or having something that is more engaging. We have users that are coming to the site to look for properties. We also have them coming to login to pay rent or submit a mainenance request.

Second thing we need is the logo file to be updated to have matching font to our sister company, www.edera.com. The font of the logo is times new roman and edera uses a different, more modern font.

Give me great new ideas for the site! This project is for the design in a wordpress template only. I have a person who I will use to implement the design in wordpress.
