Contest Brief

As a small e-commerce start-up, we are looking for a website outline and design created for the founding of our brand “Whislist Whispers”. We have some general design preferences and a logo is already developed. You will find more details on our expectations and design ideas below.
The website does not yet need to be functionally set up. For the moment, we are looking for a web/graphic designer to provide us with a well designed draft (can e.g. be Canva-created pictures). We require the design of 4-5 pages for the website.
The website drafts need to be in English. We also expect the freelancer to provide us with a rough timeline and financial plan - How long would it take and how much would it cost to actually set up this website? Please understand correctly that programming the website is not yet part of the job. Suggestions or ideas on software for future development are welcome.
The freelancer needs to be experienced in designing an e-commerce website. They should also have a general understanding of SEO, marketing, content, and other elements of website development, preferably in the fashion industry.

Detailed description - who are we and what do we expect?

Whishlist Whispers, Sparkle wish by wish.
Where sustainable fashion meets contemporary style, redefining the way you perceive eco-conscious clothing. Sustainability is becoming more and more important for our planet but also for new generations.
The main purpose of our brand is to be a brige to fill the gap between sustainability and style because for many people, being sustainable means not being stylish and that’s wrong, so we want to prove that you can sparkle and create a great wardrobe especially if you care about the planet and sustainable clothing.
We aim to be transparent about or fashion and sell high quality products from sustainable brands but also give the opportunity to those, who bought clothes from our website or brands we collaborate with, to give their old clothes to us and they will receive a bonus (i.e. 5£).

We want our website sparkle for people from different generations:

GenZ - people who have a minor willingness and expand possibility;
Millennials - the first generation who started to care about environment and sustainability related to planet, but also on the work place and so on;
(Boomers - generations that are older and care a lot about style but way less about sustainability.)
The idea we want to communicate is that we are an elegant brand and our products are on-trend, like the one you can see on a runway. For these reasons, we ask for:
- Black and beige colours for our website to communicate the elegance we want our costumers to embrace
- Minimalistic style (we attach the current logo design, any further suggestions welcome)
We ask to you to create a draft of the website, in particular we are looking for:
- Homepage (create 1-2 options for how this webpage could look like): we would like the first page to have some fashion pictures and from there you can reach other pages such as Supply chain & Sustainability, AI Wardrobe, Wishlist, Chart, Account
- AI Wardrobe (create 1-2 options for how this webpage could look like): Another section of the website is designed for people to upload their photos and answer some question and receive personal reccomendations based on what they bought or liked and their armochromy and body shape. We would like this page to be user-friendly and feelgood. We don’t judge people based on their appearance, but would like to make them feel beautiful and accepted. Our aim is to help them improve their style, suggesting their full outfit or single pieces they could buy.
