Sorry for the delay (again). This time I almost reached the time limit.
It's not my idea. I'll try to improve this in the next contest.

    And the winner is...
    Entry #117
    The Franklin Expedition
    Rob McShane

And this is the 3rd time he has won one of our contests.
So, as promised, he will be receiving a special offer in the coming weeks.
    Congratulations!

Thank you to all participants that competed honestly and sent original stories.

For all freelancers that posted an original story and doesn't received a feedback, don't get down! Try again next time.
I would like to give feedback to all honest writters, but it's generally not possible. It require too much time. Sorry.

Be aware of our next contest!
I will post the link of the new contest here when published.

    Regards.

AI or not.....when you publish a contest on a free online marketplace like this one......you can't avoid getting deluged with entries from far and wide. The point is...... what's your reason behind publishing contests here in the first place?......get the work done at low price!......yes??......well this is where you need to make a better effort...... #increaseprize

Doing a little research will help you know how a bigger prize enhances the odds of competition......resulting in really good results!......Not to mention paying the deserving winner for his/her time and effort invested in your contests. Think about it and you shall come up with the same conclusion sooner or later.

Please, read and follow the guidelines. Not following them or posting spam could end on rejection and/or to be reported to Freelancer administration.
Last contest we received too many stories AI generated. I have no problems with the use of an AI as a tool. If you are going to post entries, take care of not just copy and past the AI auto-generated text. I work on AI and I'll notice that. I'll directly reject that entries, and maybe report it.
Please remind that winner will be selected AFTER the contest' deadline. Even when some entries could be reviewed or declined before.
Depending on the amount of entries that are a short story, the decision of the winner could be delayed up to one month after the contest' deadline.
Please check our past contests to see the winner story and what we expect
