Contest Brief

Hello, we're looking to get this cartoon image animated for various events we've got coming up. It would be great if we could get two animations please: one of the character waving (one arm). The other would be slightly more complex, of him moving across the screen with the arms and legs moving like he's running.

If you need to redesign/ recreate the image, that's fine as long as it resembles the original.

For both of these, please make the image have a transparent background. It would be great if we could get the final clip in multiple formats: gif, mov & mp4. NOTE: the website seems to be unable to display the video files so if you could provide a link to Dropbox or Google Drive that would be appreciated.
