Contest Brief

I have a sample artworks that need to be converted into vector graphics.
There're total of 4 characters: 1 boy, 2 girls, and 1 primate.
Here's the requirement.
- Create cartoon character vector graphic (using Adobe Illustrator) based on example images (PNG).
- The following parts must be separate into individual groups/layers
- Face
- Eyes (open)
- Eyes (closed)
- Mouth (open wide)
- Teeth (each tooth should be separate)
- Hair (ideally, probably need 3-5 different hair style)
- Tools
- Germs & Other dental problems
- Dental office equipment (lamp, table, etc)
- Background (2-3 background should be enough.
- Level of quality need to match the example images, or better (smooth gradient, cute/funny looking characters, etc.)
