One of the greatest skill that i have which i believe has made it possible for me to have zero fatality record in my career is my ability to disseminate information. I believe knowledge is power and i take as much time as i can and any resourse that i can use to make sure that employees get the information that i want to relay.Once i win the battle in their minds it means i have won against risky behaviours at the workplace because sometimes all it takes is a change in behaviour to make a workplace safe.Apart from that, i am someone who is proactive in the way i handle situations at my workplace.
