Change checkout so that can get a shipping quote before filling out all information, and also make it so that if billing and shipping are the same, they don't need to re-enter the information. You can get a shipping quote on the "View Cart" page, but cannot get a shipping quote if they click on "Checkout" page. 4. Shipping calculates super high for some reason especially on smaller items, not sure why, but would like to fix this.
