Development of a Conference Programme Mobile App

We are a non-profit organisation who run two upskilling conferences a year. We are looking for an app that will allow the conference programme to be displayed on a mobile device .The user should download the mobile app (either android or iOS). In the app, users should be able to select a conference and then what sessions they wish to attend from that conference and have the app create a view for them. We should have a control panel ability to enter conferences and sessions for each conference - we are open as to the best way of how to host content, whether on our website or embedded in the app (which would require the user to update the app everytime we update content - this is not a major deal since we only hold 2 conferences per year and once the programme is finalised, it rarely changes)
