Need a Google App Engine Expert as virtual assistant Writer (around 3 hours per week)

URGENT: Need Google App Engine for creating very simple topic guides for me on regular and continues basis.
Details (Attached reference of Windows Azure topic guide):
- You will have to come up with help topics yourself and submit 3 articles (2-5 pages) per week to start with (around 3 hours of effort). Eventually it may increase to 30 articles per week and more.
- Ensure to have no two topics mixup in single article.
- You will have to use your azure account.
Important: Must take for you around 1 hour or less...20 minutes research & structuring; 20 miutes of writing; 20 minutes of review, proof read and fixtures.;
Deliverable Structure:
- Word 2010 document Guide as per the attached reference.
- Initial 2 Paragrahps as per the reference doc
- 4-6 screenshots with one to two line description for each screenshots
- Must be less than 5 pages
- English quality should be reasonable.
Budget: Place a bid per article...We will keep on creating milestone for each new document request. Initially bid for 1st article as per the below givent topic. Ideally like it to be around 4usd per article.
