URGENT - Need Children Illustrator / Cartoonist to create children drawings for a series of Power Points slides

We need a talented Illustrator / Cartoonist able to create children characters and background for several Power Points (approx 30 to 45 slides in each Power Point that will need simple children drawings).
Your will be given guidelines
We have 10 PPT to be completed EACH MONTH at least so we ABSOLUTELY need a Professional that is RELIABLE and TRUSWORTHY.
PRICE ===) Price to complete all the drawings is 30 to 75$ by complete Power Point ( so it would be between 350$ and 750$ PER MONTH of guaranteed work for the RIGHT candidate).
The drawings will be of situations (ex : Mother and son cooking together in the kitchen while it's raining outside) and of characters .
- backgrounds and characters drawings have to be designed separately (they will be saved as different PNG files) as they will need to be animated in the PPT
Example : the city scenery is to be considered as 1 drawing (PNG file) and each group of people is to be considered another drawing (on a separated PNG file)
- no text in the drawings ---- use side notes for text (if needed) that will be added in the PPT - in a Comic sans Font -
- create the drawings at a resolution of 300dpi and in a PNG format
- Ensure that the drawings have a transparent background
- background drawings should be 1400 x 750 pixels
- Include PSD (Photoshop) and/or AI (Illustrator) files when sending over the job.
