Mockup for Online Scheduling Tool

I need a mockup for my software. I am looking for a PSD design, you do not need to do any coding/markup.
The software allows small businesses to manage their appointment schedule and communicate with their clients and customers.
The first page is the homepage which should have:
- Client Login
- Provider Login
- Hero Element promoting benefits of software
- Smaller Elements promoting other benefits
The Provider Dashboard should have a side navigation with elements such as Clients, Appointments, Employees. The main part of the dashboard should feature a large calendar in a weekly view.
The Client Dashboard should feature a few module elements for Appointment History, Communication, Settings, etc.
Those three pages are required.
A logo needs to be created which incorporates Sage leaves, and the site should have a green, white and grey color scheme, with a bold contrast color of course choosing.
Attention to detail is important. The design should feature simple but elegant design elements.
