I have a small app that I've put together this morning with capability of drag and drop, however I am having an issue where the dragging of an item in Safari, Chrome, Firefox and IE seems to not function right as soon as you scroll down. Its seems as its a helper issue and alignment.

I'm looking for someone that can help me fix this. Please tell me your experience in jQuery and Javascript.
