MS Access 2010. Note, this MUST be delivered as an MS Access file. I don't want a .exe. I need to be able to see the forms, queries, reports and any code (although I want minimal code, if any).
1-5 users, probably only 1 concurrent though (OK to lock access for any other users)

Primarily for data entry

2-3 reports
More detailed specification can be supplied, as well as a working prototype. The prototype is fairly close to the desired result, but is missing the reports and some queries to assist with loading lookup tables for data entry.
