Convert iOS app built in appcelerator to Android

I have an existing iOS app which allows people to make classified listings to a website. To use it people must have an existing membership with the website, but a link is provided to sign-up for non members (directing them to the mobile website). Once logged in to the app, basic details such as a title and description are entered and people can add a photo from their photo library or take a picture using their camera. Once the listing is complete there is a success page with the option to list another item or log out.
The current app was developed in Appcelerator and we would like it converted to Android and submitted for approval. We can provide the most recent iOS build.
Please advise when you would be able to start the project and how long it would take to complete.
