A desktop application is needed, operating in MS Windows XP, 7 and 8 (32-bit and 64-bit), which will be communicating with plugged Windows Phones 7.X, 8.X (via USB cable), in order to:
1. extract the phone book entries of a Windows Phone
2. import phone book entries to a Windows Phone
3. delete phone book entries of a Windows Phone\r\n\r\nThe phone book entries should be in Vcard format.
