We need an ArcGIS Tool (in .NET):
We built a rectangular polygon layer (always rectangular), and that layer will add two fields, one to be called "high" and, tho other one "porosity".
The tool has to produce a .wog file similar I've attached.
The tool firstly have to choose a benchmark or even may be asked to be introduced by ourselves with the keyboard, that point is the starting point for many calculations to do by the tool (the point is the star in the picture below). This reference point is called GroupOriginX and GroupOriginY.
The tool is doing the calculations to obtain the parameters alfa1, r1, alfa2, r2, d and takes the porosity info and the attribute table height.
With all this information, will take the .wog file.
