jquery/php/mysql project

I am looking for an experienced jquery/javascript and php programmer. To understand what needs to be done, see the this video [url removed, login to view], from 2:07 and on.

I need to have the same functionalities using web technologies, that is php and jquery. Without paying attention to the graphics - I will skin the layout you will provide later - I want to have the abilities to mark a section on an image and then select from dropdowns what type this area represents. That is - as the video shows - if it is related to a video , images etc

Pay attention to the video to understand what needs to be done. The data must be stored in a mysql database.

Please post only if you know the field well and if you can provide relevant examples.
