Integrate a Booking Script into Codeigniter CMS

I want to easily setup reservations booking system online for Bed and Breakfasts. Something that provides you with great management options, flexibitliy and customization For example, you can set a timeframe available for registration for each day (Monday through Sunday), set price, availabiltiy, various restrictions; set notification email.
Once customer place reservation through calendar – both customer and administrator will receive notification to their emails. By default reservation is “NOT CONFIRMED” , until site owner will change the status of booking to “CONFIRMED” selected time in booking calendar for that day will be unavailable for booking.
Website owner also has an option to reserve time manually through control panel (Custom codeigniter CMS), and want it so that customer will see on calendar that this day is not available for bookings.

I do have a booking script which i like the functions and usability of which i can send you so that you can use that.

I will award this project to someone who i think can manage it and a portfolio would be advantageous. And there will be NO upfront payments for the project. I am willing to send files to you for the CMS and on what you need to build it on and you can keep the files on your server in till it is complete OR once i see some progress I will pay a milestone payment where i will then ask for the project files up to that point.
