I want some software which auto dial phone number using skype or some voip.

Phone validation & verification service that confirms if the contact phone number is operational, out of service or not reachable.

Built a software that does phone verification at two levels. Firstly it processes phone numbers to verify them against standard phone number rules, area code logic and digits to weed out bad numbers. Secondly, attempts a call to the phone number and records the result is gets categorized as good (rings and is picked up), not reachable (rings but no one picks up), or bad (not reachable, not dialable etc.).

If some human answer the call or reaches voicemail, than record the voice and transcript it to text.
