Basically i want to develop a website that brings two party's together. Party A will pay a subscription fee and will have a profile with images. Party B will use the site for free and will also have a profile with images and video. Both partys will be able to search each other, and both party will select details from dropdown menus to enable a matching service. This is not an adult site site of any description and is something that will be open to most age groups.
At the end of the day it needs to be as proffessional and modern / edgy as can be baring costs in mind whilst being stable
