I am looking to get a doctor's website re-design and simplified. It needs some clean up and a new look. I have a short timeline 3-4 weeks. I will provide all the images and content. Attached is a site map with the features and a request for proposal with what i want i dont want to keep on the site.
Functionality-
Visitor Mode:-
1. The visitor will be able to search surgeries manually browsing through the categories which are provided over the site.
2. The visitor will be able to view resultant list of surgeries based on category selected. And then the visitor will be able to select a surgery to view their details.
3. The visitor will be able to view details of surgery like name, category, image and description of surgery, youtube video with the surgery. They will be able to view location of the hospital (where surgery take place) over Google map integrated over the site.
4. Visitor will be able to view a before and after gallery of every procedure.
5. Visitor will be able to view testimonials as images and text.
6. By clicking on the pins on the goggle map he will be able to view details of the hospital.
7. The visitor will also be able to watch video (youtube) which contain interview of other visitors.
8. The visitor will be able to subscribe newsletter by providing their email address.
9. The visitor will be able to contact admin by filling contact form which contains details like name, email, phone num and description regarding surgery.
Admin Mode:-
1. Admin will be able to access the applications back end through secure login details.
2. Admin will be able to edit the video gallery displayed on the home page.
2. Admin will be able to edit the slide show on the home page (add/delete images)
2. Admin will be able to manage the content of static pages over the site like about us, privacy policy etc.
3. Admin will be able to manage the categories of surgeries over the site. Admin will be able to add/edit /delete the particular category over the site.
4. Admin will be able to manage the surgeries and their details over the site. Admin will be able to add/delete/edit the surgeries and their details over the site.
5. Admin will be able to edit the galler for each procedure (add/delete images and descriptions)
5. He will be able to manage as well as add/delete/edit the hospitals over the site.
