We require a development person/team to work with us on the following project which is split into two phases. Phase 1 must be completed before Phase 2 can begin.
Phase 1 - Web Development PHP Bespoke CMS Fix/QA/Support (10 days EST work)
We are looking for a developer to join us in the middle of QA/BETA testing of an existing web development project.
The project is based on an ecommerce website which is rich in functionality.
What we are looking for is a person/team who can understand all the functionality our site has and the codebase. As mentioned in the title we have developed a bespoke (Custom) CMS which is PHP based. So good knowledge of CORE PHP is required for this.
There are a few issues that require attention, we hope that the candidate who joins us will be able to continually support the project after go live and aid us in our next phase (iphone/android application).
The breakdown of the Phase 1 of the project is as follows:
> Fix/QA major bugs (HTTPS ON SOME PAGES, PAYPAL PRO CREDIT CARD PAYMENT)
> Fix/QA minor bugs - will be provided, to do with different aspects of the ecommerce workflow.
> Help with performance and optimisation enhancements (this may amount to no issues/no dev work).
> Support at Go Live
Once Phase 1 has gone live we require a developer for Phase 2 :
Phase 2 - iphone and android app development (20-30 days EST work)
This Phase is where the developer will use knowledge gained in phase 1 in order to create an iphone/android app based on the website Front End. Good knowlegde of iOS and Android development are required here.
The breakdown of the Phase 2 of the project is as follows:
> Design application based off of the current website design and produce wireframes (fairly simple)
> Develop all required functionality (ordering, checkout, purchasing, etc) in the app which will run off of the main site server.
> Support through go live to iron out any bugs that may arise (there shouldnt be any)
Please contact only if you have ALL the skills we require and you are able to complete within suitable timeframes. No timewasters we will only accept well thought out bids. Any bids over specified range ($750-$1500) will be REJECTED.
Must work on UK times 9-5pm. Must be able to speak good to fluent English and provide daily updates (some on call some on chat/email)
