I have a dedicated server with some hundred websites and need a solution to track that all sites is live and loading. I want a tracker that i place for each site that the script will check. If site not loading script should send me a mail.
All sites status and number of visitors as simple stat should show up on a live admin web page

I think that you should be looking at a tool that does this automatically rather than have a script that does this.
