Reduced functionality windows SIP softphone - repost

I need a windows softphone with basic functionality and account parameters hard coded. Preferably I shall compile all or part of the program for each customer.

- Softphone should be based on Microsip ([login to view URL]), PJSip or Linphone SDK.

- Must support G729 codec.

- Must have a visually attractive but basic GUI (I can provide a draft of it).

- Must show account balance based on defined API (via cURL).

- Settings and Close buttons must be password protected.

- Must support only one line.

- Must NOT have: Presence, History, Contacts, AutoAnswer, Transfer or Conference buttons, since are not needed.

- Possibility of adding a small Ad banner..
