import mobile Contacts to Android Emulator

this project has 2 phazes, the 2nd on will be under NDA
the 1st phaze is a very basic one, import mobile contact info to an emulator
1) use a well known working Android Amulator "[url removed, login to view]"
2) creat a Windows Applicatoin/service and a UI that import basic contact information to the android emulator (1st name,last name, mobile number, email)
3) create an API for this application/service to enable automation of the proccess
4) deliver full syntax to this API
5) the emulator and the application/service will be hosted on the same machine
6) the emulator and the application/service will share the same network (to ease implementation)
