Zend Framework 2 - Branches managment

Hi,
i am looking to build a website on Zend framework 2 that has the following features:
The software will list all our branches with management of editing these branch/add/delete …
It have a 5 types of users
Administrator
Accountant
supervisor
waiter
User
- The administrator can do anything add/remove/edit shops/users/privileges..
- The accountant only able to work in special page for accounting with listing options for shops and seeing data been entered by the supervisor
- supervisor can add the sales for his own shops only
- Waiter can edit only his own information
The requirement of the application is
1- Using doctrine [url removed, login to view]
2- database is MS SQL, and of course could be easily changed to any other db later
3- Login and Authentication
4- Using Rbac for giving roles to different users
5- A RESTful web API .. That can be later extended to iPhone/Android .. Etc
6- Multi language website
7- Smart phones version
8- Ajaxed!
