IOS Android and Windows Softphone App

Project is design and build VOIP softphone apps for IOS, Android and Windows desktop. You may bid on only one of these. However, consideration will be given towards those that can provide all three. The application requirements are the same for all three:
- Must support SIP register and other SIP protocols
- Audio media will be G.711 ulaw, G.722
- Video support H264
- XMPP presence and messaging to SIP server
- SMS support with SIP server
- Account registration locked to single SIP server
- Display SIP presence and transfer (similar functionality to BLF keys)
- Attended and Unattended transfer
- Hold
- Ability to load web pages from our support site
- Automatic launch on all platforms
- Running in background on all platforms
- Integration with mobile device phone book and call log
Desktop Client Only
- All above items plus
- Associate with click to dial
- TAPI integration
- Call popup in notification tray displaying caller ID number and name
- Button on call popup to open application or URL (to be determined later)
Future Plans
We will also be getting API access to the VOIP switch soon. Depending on what's available in the API more project work will be available. We also will be posting additional projects upon completion to integrate with CRM/PSA platforms like Outlook, ConnectWise and others as the business need arises. First option and special consideration will be given to contractor that completes this project.
Support
Contractor will need to support and make additional requested modifications for 90 days after the last item is delivered.
Deliverables and Milestones
1/5 - Upon delivery of first mockups and designs for all three platforms
1/5 - Upon delivery of 1st completed application and source code
1/5 - Upon delivery of 2nd completed application and source code
1/5 - Upon delivery of 3rd completed application and source code
1/5 - Upon completion of 90 day support phase with all requested modifications complete
Bonus
10% total bonus will be paid if first 4 phases are completed with 90 days of acceptance
OR
20% total bonus will be paid if first 4 phases are completed within 60 days of acceptance
