Create an excel sheet of magazines / newspapers in South-East Asia

I am looking to gather info on newspapers / magazines in South-East Asia.
Each sheet in the attached excel file is a category:
- General Newspapers
- Business Newspapers
- Lifestyle Magazines (mens / womens magazines)
- Food & Drink Magazines
- Travel Magazines

For each of these countries - Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam - find out what are the most popular publications in each category and fill in the data (Name, Website, Email Address). I need email address contacts at each publication - preferably the address where they accept incoming press releases or general inquiries. NOT an individual person's email address.
I expect each sheet in the excel to have around 20 entries, for a total of 100 entries across all categories.
I understand that some countries will have more publications than others - that's ok. Just make sure each sheet has around 20 publications.
I prefer my freelancer to know the region!
