Zip Directory & Posting file uploaded HTTP Server (PHP Page)
A GUI for server where all will be connected recursively for every 5 seconds (Which can be configured) well documented and clear code.
Search for specified extension in all computer and copy it to configured folder and then upload via PHP page.
Also it has to check response from PHP server whether file already uploaded or for first time via MD5 hash.
Client Application has to be windows service .. without GUI. Well documented..
