Wordpress Website - OpenLayers integration

Hello, I need a simple website that uses OpenLayers script for my project.
It's a Store Locator website with store detail pages ("similar" to TripAdvisor).
The structure will be:
- Home page: a full page map with all custom markers with OpenLayers and OpenStreetMap
- Responsive ( of course :-) )
- Markers will be taken from a table in the database (ID, name, address, coordinates, tel, email, social etc etc...)
- When you click on a marker there will be a popup with some information and if you click on the popup you will be redirected to the detail page of the store
- In the detail pages users can add photos (approved by admin)
- Users can review the store and add photos in the review
