I need to build a electronic circuit using RLC, resistance, capacitance and inductance, leds, buzzer sound and piezo sensor

I would like to make a small vibration sensor for earthquake using piezo sensor, leds and buzzer.

depending how intense is the vibration, the leds 5 in total light up from 1 to 5, small to high.

using 3volts or 9 volts.

I need the schematics and coaching building this project.

I will buy parts locally or thru internet.
