Facebook page like project

I need 10k Real and Active Facebook Likes to my Facebook page. I need it within 3 - 4 days.

TERMS: 10% Milestone on start, 80% milestone upon completion. This is to make sure that drop outs will be done.

Please think and must be remember before bidding: NO SPAM, NO FAKE, NO BOT.

Fan requirements:

1) They should be real people (no fake accounts or bots)

2) They may be any any where in the world (much preferable English Speaking Country in the world)

3) Over the age of 18

4) Should have 30+ friends & 3+ pictures

5) Should have regular status updates

6) No duplicate and B&W picture profiles

7) No duplicate name for same profile picture

I will pay 7 days after project is finished. I’ll check inside facebook fanpages. This is to ensure that number of fans stays and fulfill above conditions. Any fans that are suspended in that time period must be replaced, or will not be paid for. No black hat methods for inviting fans, i.e. facebook account must not be banned/suspended, or get any warnings for your actions. I will not pay if this happens. If you fulfill all the requirements and provide fans to fanpages please bid this project.
