Animated Banners for Jewelry Company Advertising

We require someone experienced in creative and animated banners to create several animated banners for us that will be downloaded by the affiliates who have signed up to our program. Colour scheme and photos can be lifted from our website if required.
We require one piece of creative in each of the following sizes:
468x60
120x60
120x600
234x60
200x200
We also intend to run sales and would need creative for them so would like a set of the above sizes for our sales.
So the total number of banners will be 10.
If we are happy with your work and price then we may ask you to produce further banners in the future.
Creative should be provided in .gif or .jpeg format and file sizes should be kept as small as
possible, with the maximum size being 100k, to ensure that it
loads quickly on the affiliate website and does not provide a poor user experience.
Flash creative can also be used, but must have a
.gif or .jpeg backup supplied when you create the banner in case the user’s browser cannot handle
Flash.
Before we can decide on a freelancer, please include examples of your previous work with your bid.
We would require one banner to be created first and then shown to us for approval before continuing with the other banners.
We would require the project to be completed within 7-10 days.
