1-minute Demo Video on "How It Works" for a Barter Website

We just launched a website that allows users to buy, sell, and trade on services. We are looking for a professional video designer to help us design a 1-minute video for "How it works" (e.g., how users, buy or trade).
SCRIPT WILL BE PROVIDED, so you know exactly what kinds of animation you will need for the video.
Video requirements include but are not limited to:
- Creating a demo video based on the script
- Inserting text, photos, and animation
- Professional, commercial styling
- Design must have personal touch (e.g., freehand/hand-sketch or blackboard type animation is best)
- No less than 1 minute in length
- voice over effect required to demo site
