Google AdSense Optimization Needed

My business partner and I own (3) websites and with the amount of traffic they get, we feel the RPM is much lower than it should be.

We are needing the Google AdSense ads optimized on a weekly basis and if needed, on a daily basis. If it requires the WordPress theme being changed to achieve maximum results then we are open to that as well.
