Small Catalog Layout (2-4 pages) in Corel Draw or Publisher file

I am looking for a simple "catalog" that will display designs completed in Corel Draw (saved as jpegs for the catalog). I want the catalog to be done in Corel or Publisher as I know how to use these two programs and will be "changing out" a couple of designs each month. I probably don't even want you to place the images in the catalog...looking more for aesthetic background/headers/cover, etc. I need this done "yesterday" which is why I am looking to contract out as I am self taught in these programs and not "speedy". In addition, I may want a couple of pages "updated" on my website, a brochure created and a blog header created...all depending on price.
