2 HTML email templates for Email Marketing

We are looking for an excellent HTML coder and designer to build up 2 email templates with the following requirements:
- 2 Rock-solid templates optimised to look great in the most popular desktop/web email clients.
- Templates structure must follows the most popular Antispam rules/requirements.
- Templates design must have smart/beatiful and professional appearence (we will provide with further indications and examples for inspiration).
- All images/photos used for the design must be from public domain with no royalties or copyrigths. Image's original source must be provided
- Templates must be fully editable with tinyMCE.
- Templates must contain standard email marketing unsubscribe placeholders and links.
- For every template a 247x200 .gif preview file must be provided
Please note.
Every template graphic proposal ( we expect at least 2/3 drafts per each template ) must be approved before proceeding with the HTML implementation
