Hello,
General:
We are seeking a designer to design a logo similar to the PDF sample attached. We have included some styles we like, labeled as "Yes," and styles we DO NOT like, labeled as "NO." We would like our logo to appear more photorealistic than cartoonish. Again, we are seeking a design more similar to the "YES" options attached, and not like the "NO's."
Text Color of "603 Legal":
We have attached a color pallete. The text should be similar to the blue in the color pallette, i.e. dark blue.
Font:
The text in the logo should mirror the font style in the logo draft we have provided labeled "font". Specifically the blue font "company name".
The "Old Man in the Mountain":
The image of New Hampshire's Old Man in the Mountain will be displayed in the "0" in "603." The image should be photorealistic and its color should be gray, in line with the color pallette attached. It is very important this is not made to look like a cartoon version of the man.
Text Barrier Line:
The line separating the two levels of text, which runs horizontal, should be the same shade of gray as the Old Man in the Mountain Image. Also, the grey line in the attached concept image is a little thicker than we envisioned. We would like it to not only be thinner, but the end points should be in line with the word legal - not spilling over like the concept attachment.
Intellectual Property Rights:
We, as the party seeking a designer, own any and all rights associated with the name "603 Legal." 603 Legal is a recognized business in good standing with the State in which it sits, and its logo is actively used in commerce. Any use of this trade name without consent, or beyond the scope of consent necessary to design a logo for our use, is considered a violation of our property ownership rights, Furthermore, final payment will not be tendered until the designer/winning bid signs and executes an agreement WAIVING and RELINQUISHING any intellectual property rights to the logo, including but not limited to copyright and trademark rights. As the winning bid, you understand that payment is contingent on the express condition that we shall be the sole owner of all rights to the logo and to any work product related thereto.
