Logo Design - rework of exisiting or new design

Looking for either a reworking of an exiting logo due to proposed business name change and/or open to new logo design that better captures/reflects our business.
We are small management consulting firm. Currently known as Capability Management but considering a change to Capability Network. Refer current website ([login to view URL]) for current logo (square maze with C in center) as well as getting a feel for our business.
Options are to update this logo to possibly incorporate a 'network' theme (possibly like a network of people, not network of computers) or start again with a completely new design that better reflects our business.
We are open to different colors but prefer more conservative colors like dark red, blue etc and not flashy colors. We are an understated business of professionals and want our logo to convey this.
Satisfaction warranty is required.
Your bid is to provide a minimum of 4 examples and unlimited revisions to the selected one.
Payment will be made up completion of the project.
The final product will be delivered in multiple formats; including jpeg, eps, tif, psd, pdf.
The logo will become my property upon payment and I will receive all rights from the designer. I intend to trademark the logo. It will then be used on stationery and website. We also need you to design our stationery including font types for our invoices, brochures, reports,a letterhead and business cards.
