Need to done 2 things asap very urgent

I use a website builder called [url removed, login to view] . There are two things that I need done ASAP and would like a flat quote /pricing for. The website that I use has a CSS button where you can edit stuff. I already asked my service how I could get these things done and they said that this isnt something I could do myself. I don't have any coding knowledge so here I am.

I need to hide the email field on my forms. I have about 3 different types of forms (Blog, Classifieds, Profile).

I need to be able to link user names to their profile page. The website builder that I use let's me link form fields. But it does not let me link System Fields to a certain page. If you look in image 2, you will see that USER NAMES is a system field.

I have a membership website where you have to sign up in order to post. When someone clicks on the USER NAME (submitter's name) I would like for it to link to a profile page.
