User Interface Designs (for software)

I am seeking the services of a designer who has had extensive experience in designing User Interfaces for software applications.
I currently have 4 software applications where I want to upgraded the UI of each application. The current UI designs are small and look cheap, and is devaluing the software as a whole.
However, initially I only require ONE design to be done.
If this project works out successfully, there will be three other designs to follow.
I have attached a series of screenshot for rent software app.
If it is required I can provide the successful bidder access to a working version of the software, in order to see the how the screen flows in the application.
Specific Requirements
a. You must provide examples of actual UI designs that you have done in the past (NOTE: I am not interested in see any other designs you have done, only User Interface designs)
b. If accepted as the successful bidder , you will be required to design an initial prototype for approval and acceptance prior to doing the designs for all screens.
