Design a Website Mockup - start immediately.

We are looking for a website mockup - to be finished within this week if possible.
4 pages in total as below:
1) Home page (must address buyer and seller)
2) Buyer only landing page
3) Seller only landing page
4) Registration page
We do not have any logo at the moment and neither is it required. We would need unlimited revisions till we feel satisfy - although due to time constraints we will try to be prompt in feedback and hope the same from designer.
Once project is started, would prefer to communicate through skype. We may also outsource the HTML part of this job if happy with designs. Please share your best of 3 designs. Write "start quickly" in your bid so I know you have read my requirements fully.
