Design a Logo & a cartoon character based on photo

Hello! I'm looking for a great logo and cartoon designer that can create a logo for my website with my name, Jeff Zausch (Jeff on top of Zausch on the logo), that copies exactly the font on the image attached (naked and afraid) and as part of the logo, I wanted a cartoon of myself as a wild man holding a spear (similar to the photo attached) and my body naked (and a little dirty) with a piece of snake skin hiding my private parts in the front. I have photos of myself so you can create the cartoon. The logo will be on a white background so I'd like it as visible as possible. If you qualify for the job, please contact me. Thank you!
