We would like to create a online application form (with specific fields encrypted). The site is currently hosted on ipage. We need to make sure there data submitted is being maintained in a secure database that is easily accessible to the site owner. Simple project
Scope of Work includes:
1. User will click the apply online button
2. The developer should include a User Agreement. Only after accepting the User Agreement the user will be presented to with the application.
3. The application will then be presented.
4. The company logo should be on the application
5. There should be a drop down box asking " how many adults (18yrs and older) will be residing in the property"
6. Once the user selects the amount of users the same number of "applicant info will be presented.
7. At the end of the application the user will have to Electronically sign the application using the First and Last name of the primary applicant.
8. The user will have to complete the Captcha and click submit
9. There should be a backend login to for the owner to access the applications.
10. I would let you know what field should show in the backend e.g First Name, Last Name etc
11. 256 but encryption should be used for specific fields in the application.
12. The database and info in general should be secure. Security is Priority.
