Logo Design - Image of Logo to Vector Based Logo

I have a stamp that I want made into a logo so I can use this across different media like print and web.
I want the logo to look like the image attached but with the following changes:
I want the "[login to view URL]" to switch places with "Made With Love" I also want it to say "Just Made 4 You" NOT www.justmade4you.co.uk.
So to confirm the "Just Made 4 You" is a bigger font than the "Made With Love" and sits above it.
I need it as close to the imaged attached as possible I don't require 3 versions I want it to look like the image attached. I will allow some slight variation of the decorative horizontal elements used currently in the image but I would prefer it looks the same. I would like it vector based, so I can make it any size I want without distortion when I come to print or use on websites.
